Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY 24 Hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance or failure to show up for your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled appointment fee which will be processed on the credit card retained on file to reserve appointment. If you need to reschedule because you are not feeling well or have any COVID- 19 related symptoms, PLEASE contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. There will be no fee charged for cancellations due to illness. PAYMENT Full Payment is due at time of service. We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express). We no longer accept Cash App. Effective 1/1/23. ARRIVAL FOR APPOINTMENT Please arrive for your appointment 10-15 minutes early to ensure appointment starts on time. ARRIVING LATE If you are late to your session, you are welcome to receive whatever time is left in your appointment. Due to our schedule, we are generally unable to extend your session beyond your original appointment time. Regardless of the length of service actually given, you will be responsible for payment of the full service you scheduled. E-GIFT CARDS Gift cards may be purchased online for any value amount and are redeemable for massage or holistic services only. No cash value. Gift cards can also be used for both In-store and onsite mobile services. Gift cards expire 1 year from the date of purchase. E- Gift cards purchased by someone else other than self cannot be used with any promotions In-store. GRATUITIES Gratuities are not included in the prices of our services and are always appreciated. All gratuities are at the client's discretion, but are customarily 15- 20% of the regular cost of service. TAXES Taxes are not included in the prices of our services. Sales tax is 7.5% In-store. Please add that amount in addition to the price of service when checking out. For mobile services, the location of service will depend on that applicable sales tax. TRAVEL FEE Fabula Kneads LLC applies a flat $35.00 travel charge round trip to all locations (home or business) in the Montgomery County & Greene County areas. Travel to other areas will need to call for pricing. HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS Please inform us at the time of scheduling of any health conditions, allergies, special needs or concerns you have. Your safety is important to us & some services may not be appropriate for certain conditions. CELL PHONE USUAGE In our effort to maintain a relaxing & tranquil atmosphere for clients, we ask that all cell phones be placed on silent or vibrate when entering our center. COMMUNICATE YOUR PREFERENCES Be sure to speak up. All aspects of your massage session can be modified to your preference: Pressure (too light or too deep), lighting in the room, style of music, temperature, and whether or not you choose to have a conversation or enjoy the treatment in silence. CHECK IN/ SIGN IN Mask is required upon entering the center. You will be required to sign in and the receptionist will get your temperature. INSURANCE BILLING We do not offer direct insurance billing and cannot file for reimbursement claims at this time. You are responsible for payment at the time of service.
